God is a Spirit
John 4:23-24 23But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
God is Holy
Psalms 99:9 9Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the Lord our God is holy.
Leviticus11:45 45For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.
Isaiah 6:3 3And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
Revelation 4:8-9 8And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. 9And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
God is One

1 Corinthians 8:5-6 5For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) 6But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
God is Omnipotent and Sovereign
Genesis 1:1 1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Revelation 1:8 8I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
Revelation 19:6 6And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of manywaters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
We must love God with all our Heart, Soul and Mind

John 9:31 31Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
Hebrews 11:6 6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
